Project:
Dog Daycare
Problem:
A visionary, young entrepreneur of an undercapitalized dog daycare came to JBL Special Assets seeking help. Her suburban dog daycare business was marginally profitable, but couldn't seem to make the leap to increasing profits and cashflow to fund expansion. The current location and concept were tired and constricting marketability and sales.
Solution:
JBL Special Assets was contracted to help the CEO redesign the concept, creating greater customer appeal, and to find new real estate that would not limit revenue. JBL Special Assets prepared a business plan, private placement memorandum and subscription agreement to sell the stock of this exciting, new concept. Additionally, JBL Special Assets set milestones for the CEO to meet, and crafted a strategic plan to "roll-up" the fragmented pet daycare market.
